Honestly I’m not gonna lie I didn’t like this book at all. I didn’t like how they started it with the incident from Hunter & Lennon’s book then went back in time to show how it happened instead of developing Sophie & Masons story a different way. It was like too much trauma & tragedy too soon & just as Sophie & Mason got over that hurdle another 1 came not to mention this book deals with abuse. I didn’t get much romance from this one so I’m very disappointed. It dragged on longer than it needed to & it was repetitive. Also like all of the series & Duets it ends on a cliffhanger. I am going to read the other one just to see how it turns out but I would recommend skipping it if you’re hoping for a steamy romance or hate to love story like the previous books. Disappointed

Honestly I’m not gonna lie I didn’t like this book at all. I didn’t like how they started it with the incident from Hunter & Lennon’s book then went back in time to show how it happened instead of developing Sophie & Masons story a different way. It was like too much trauma & tragedy too soon & just as Sophie & Mason got over that hurdle another 1 came not to mention this book deals with abuse. I didn’t get much romance from this one so I’m very disappointed. It dragged on longer than it needed to & it was repetitive. Also like all of the series & Duets it ends on a cliffhanger. I am going to read the other one just to see how it turns out but I would recommend skipping it if you’re hoping for a steamy romance or hate to love story like the previous books. If abuse wether it’s emotional or physical, suicide or anything like will trigger you DO NOT READ THIS BOOK.
